NOTE: Your total includes room, meals, and the registration fee.

At the payment options below, please select the option to pay by Check ("Payment Offline"). The registrar will notify you when your scholarship is approved and tell you your balance.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your registration 30 or more days before an event, 100% will be refunded to you.
• If you cancel your registration 1-29 days before an event, 50% will be refunded.

Emergency situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
